ABOUT ME
Willy Anderson is a classically trained chef who got her start in the kitchen at Cleaver Co., a New York City based catering company started by farm to table food pioneer, Mary Cleaver. She then went on to work in several restaurants including Marco Canora’s Terroir, before opening her own catering company, Pickle & Link, in 2013. Based in Brooklyn, Pickle & Link Catering focused on locally sourced, customized menus serving clients in NYC and the Hamptons. In 2017, Willy moved her business to Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, opening Market.Kitchen.Table., a health-based café and fully prepped meal delivery service. That same year she was featured on The Food Network’s, Chopped.
Since the pandemic, Willy has shuttered her café and catering company, moving with her family to Dutchess County where she currently makes custom cakes through her new business, Willy Anderson Confections.
